About Me

Hello, and welcome to my blog! My name is Andrew Frank, I am a junior at Millersville University, studying Speech Communication and Public Relations. When I’m not in school, I enjoy working, spending time with family and taking group fitness classes. When I first started taking group fitness over five years ago, I knew right away it would change my life. Ever since I started, I have gained so much energy and strength. I created this blog because I wanted to share my love of group fitness to my audience, and show why everyone can benefit from it.

 

Group fitness may seem intimidating for newer participants, however it only takes a few tries to feel comfortable. You don’t have to be an athlete or a fit individual, the only thing necessary for success is the motivation to work hard (and a cold water bottle!). My goal is to go into full depth of some of my favorite classes and explain the process so prospective students will have an understanding of the dynamics before anyone tries a class.
